Below is the basic pricing structure of our
web site design service. Please note that the actual price
depends on your particular requirements. We will give you
a more detailed, accurate pricing breakdown after receiving

Add-ons:
- Additional pages: S$40-50 per page (We recommend 50
pages minimum to rank well in search engines, but the
choice is yours.)
- Mailing list: S$200
- Sequential autoresponder: S$100
- Flash intro: S$250+ (We do not recommend using it.)
- Custom CGI script, php application, Java, Javascript:

- We do not claim any copyrights to any material, content,
design developed for your web site. They're yours forever.
- We encourage you to take over site maintenance to reduce
cost in the long run. And we will teach you how to do
that.

- You will provide copies. If you don't have yet, we can
arrange professional copywriters for you. No, we don't
write for you as our English is lousy.
- You will give us authority to copy edit content for
search engine optimization purpose.
- We may link to your site in our portfolio page in the
future. Please give honest, hopefully positive, testimonial
if our new prospects ever contact you for reference.
Process:
- Please fill out free
web site design consultation form as detail as possible
- We will get back to you in 48 hours (excluding weekend)
with a proposal and detailed quotation
- Your signing on "Web Design Project Requirement
Sheet" and official "Contract" will be
regarded as confirmation of the job
- 30% payment upon job confirmation
- We will then design site logo and template (prototype)
for your feedback and approval
- Entire site building after prototype approval
- 40% payment before we open hosting account for you
- Once the site is up and running, we will inform you
to make final reviews
- The remaining 30% payment should be paid in 15 days
after your web site is up
- Free maintenance for one year
